- Return Authorization: We will send you a Return Authorization Number and further instructions on how to return the item.
- Package the Item: Carefully repackage the item in its original packaging, ensuring that all tags, accessories, and documentation are included. Please write the Return Authorization Number clearly on the outside of the return package.
- Return Shipping: You will be responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the item was defective or we made an error in the order. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the safe return of your item.
- Inspection and Refund: Once we receive the returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets the return eligibility criteria. If approved, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
3. Refunds
- Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please note that it may take up to 7-10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account depending on your payment provider.
- Shipping Fees: Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you received free shipping, the original shipping cost will be deducted from your refund amount.

4. Exchanges

7. Non-Returnable and Final Sale Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Personalized or custom items
- Final Sale items: Any items marked as “Final Sale” at checkout are not eligible for return or exchange.
- Gift cards
- Opened or used products: Products that have been opened, used, or altered in any way cannot be returned unless they are defective.
